As a Managing Director, it is always an anxious time when moving to a new IT support provider.  Our business is heavily reliant on our systems being available and having a partner that understands our needs and our culture is crucial. 
ATG officially took our credentials 2 weeks prior to the contract going live and assumed full responsibility for our systems and support from this date.  During this period, a plan to migrate the services was agreed based on limiting the impact to end users. 
There has been a seamless transition to the new systems and service, and we can already see this partnership working as was discussed at the initial meetings.  Other than some new contact details and some different desktop icons, most end users are unaware that the migration has already taken place and I put this down to methodical planning and a commitment to overcome obstacles as they appear.
